- A brief description of the procurement: to lease a written auction by the Rae rural municipality in Harju County, Rae rural municipality, Rae rural municipality, Aaviku village part of the circling (registry part 8630702, cadastral code 65302: 001: 0009, 80% of public buildings and 20% commercial land) for the purpose of building a ski center. The leasing shall be made by the Rae Rural Municipality Council Decision No 143 of 19 November 2024 “Leasing the Ring of Aaviku Village Circle by auction” and in accordance with the auction documents and the project project. This is a competition pursuant to § 1013 of the Law of Obligations Act.
