Brief description of the procurement: Toila Jahtklubi wants to acquire 3 complete RS Tera complete training boats with RS Tera Sport and PRO sailing. By completeness, the purchaser understands the boat hull, rudder, svert, rigging, main, trim system, upper boat cover and beach cart. The principle of equivalence applies, and the name of a specific manufacturer/model is accompanied by the addition "or equivalent". Equivalence is described in HAD Technical description point 6.
