- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of this tender is to provide owner supervision service for the construction works of the reconstruction of the Adavere wastewater treatment plant. The task of the owner's supervision is also to provide the appropriate expertise for the work project of the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant execution. As part of the construction works, the Adavere wastewater treatment plant, which is located in the Adavere township, on the property of the Adavere bio-treatment plant (KÜ 61601:002:0102), will be reconstructed. The purpose of the construction works is to eliminate the old wastewater treatment plant and build a new dosage treatment plant in its place. As part of the works a new technical building, service area, process tanks will be built, technological equipment and indoor and outdoor pipelines will be installed, biotic ponds will be cleaned and a fence will be built. The entire electrical and automation equipment of the wastewater treatment plant will be renewed. There is also a construction contract preparation of the project for the elimination of the old borehole serving the treatment plant (PRK0015012) and its tamponade. The design work will presumably end in 03.2026, the construction work will be between 05.2026 - 05.2027.
