Description:
Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the service is to conduct a total of four trainings for two training groups, which include both theoretical learning and the practical application of the covision method. The main focus of the trainings is: - shape the participants' understanding about covision as a tool for self-reflection and professional development and the possibilities and values of its use in child protection work; - to develop the skills of the participants to plan and manage the activities of the covision group according to the purpose; - to support the professional development, cooperation and strengthening of the culture of reflection of specialists and managers in the field of child protection, taking into account their different roles and responsibilities.
