Description:
Short Description of the Procurement: The procurement is the subject of the procurement of aircraft liability insurance, pilots and third parties to order an accident service in accordance with the procedure provided for in public procurement documents. The object of the contract and its technical conditions are described in more detail in the technical description. A technical description and a project project approved by § 35 (1) 12) and (19) and § 4 (5) of the PPVS for internal use shall be issued to the applicants who submit the confidentiality declaration of non -remedied and signed confidentiality. The bases for elimination can be found in the source documents of the procurement. If the tenderer is entered in the commercial register on behalf of a foreign company in Estonia, the procurement passport must be submitted for both a foreign company and a branch registered in Estonia, which is to be checked for the lack of bases for disposal.
