- A brief description of the procurement: As a result of the contract, an analysis consisting of a nationwide mapping on existing intervention practices and support systems aimed at supporting people with home dementia and their care burden (target groups) must be prepared. Based on the mapping created, the current situation in all regions of Estonia will analyze the practices of the target groups, their efficiency and availability and various obstacles. The effectiveness and impact of existing support systems in supporting target groups will also be analyzed. In addition, foreign intervention practices and organization of support systems there are collected and analyzed.
