- The object of the architectural competition is the Parnu Pine Park Kindergarten and swimming pool planned for the properties of Raba 1 and Raba 1b in Parnu. The aim of the architectural competition is to choose the best comprehensive solution for the construction of kindergarten-swimming. The ideas of the idea must be fullyTo support the individual and social development of the kindergarten child. The idea solution must be a high level, functional, convenient end user, energy efficient, at optimum cost and economical throughout life. The competition is partly involved in the competition area around the building. Outdoor spaceThe solution must form a coherent whole in the rest of the quarter. The solution must leave the opportunity to build a building complex gradually: kindergarten, swimming pool, extension. Expected construction work 2026 -2027.
