- The contracting authority is currently using the Data Center version of the Atlassian products, but they want to switch to the cloud version during the procurement and buy cloud verses. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a cloud version of Atlassian products and plugin with one successful provider of the Framework Agreementto purchase licenses during the framework contract period.
Presumably, the contracting authority purchases the products purchased under the framework contract during the period of validity of the framework contract, however, the total cost of the contract contracts under the actual framework contract depends on the needs of the contracting authority (thus the contracting authority doesObligation to buy a licensed framework contract at the maximum volume).
