Description:
Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to find out the successful tenders of suitable suppliers of various types of biomass (hereinafter referred to as Fuel) with the aim of concluding purchase contracts. This is a competition in accordance with § 1009 - § 1013 of the Law of Obligations Act.
The buyer will find out the suitable different types of biomass (hereinafter Fuel) Successful offers by sellers with the aim of concluding purchase contracts. The fuel will be delivered by the successful bidder(s) in cars according to the Buyer's request to Balti Elektrijaam, Auvere Elektrijaam or Eesti Elektrijaam biocomplex, where the amount of fuel will be weighed and taken from each shipment A representative sample of fuel to determine fuel quality and energy quantity.
Among the price offers submitted in the competition, the successful offer(s) will be selected on the basis of the lowest comparable price (unit price) and will be concluded with the offeror(s) sales contract(s).
