Description:
The State Information and Communication Technology Center (RIT) obtains central office workplace desktops on the basis of the Government of the Republic Order No 119 of 14.04.2022. The Framework Agreement concluded as a result of a public procurement shall extend to all public authorities mentioned in the respective order and in addition to legal persons,who has authorized the organization of RIT public procurement (joint procurers listed on the list of joint contractors). Under the framework of the Framework Agreement, procurement contracts are concluded for both the acquisition (right of the thing) and for rent (without the right to acquire the thing). The object of contracts is desktops with accessoriesand with components and software licensees.
The estimated value is determined by a certain stock that possible future needs will fit within the expected cost of the framework contract. Due to the law of the Court of Justice, the framework agreement must be considered as the end of the specified value of the estimated valueFulfilled. Class 1 The acquisition of desktops
The item with one provider is to buy and/or rent desktops. The tenderer is obliged to supply the proposed desktops under the terms and conditions provided for in the framework contract throughout the period of the framework contract.
