Description:
The State Information and Communication Technology Center (RIT) obtains the central monitors on the basis of the Government of the Republic Order No 119 of 14.04.2022. The framework of a public procurement contract extends to all public authorities mentioned in the respective organization and in addition to legal persons authorizedRIT Public Procurement (Joint Procurement, listed in the list of joint procurement).
The Framework Agreement shall be awarded to contract contracts for the purchase (right of acquisition) and for rent (without the right to acquire the thing). The object of the contract is monitors.
The expected value is determinedIn stock, that the possible future needs will fit within the limits of the expected value of the framework agreement. Due to the law of the Court of Justice, the Framework Agreement must be deemed to have been completed if the maximum amount of the estimated value specified.Buy and/or rent. The tenderer has an obligation to supply the proposed monitors under the terms and conditions of the framework contract.
