- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to find out the successful tenders of suitable suppliers of various types of biomass (hereinafter referred to as Fuel) with the aim of concluding purchase contracts. This is a competition in accordance with § 1009 - § 1013 of the Law of Obligations Act. Buyer to find out successful bids of suitable different types of biomass (hereinafter Fuel) Sellers with the aim of concluding purchase contracts. The fuel will be delivered by the successful tenderer(s) in cars according to the Buyer's request to Balti Elektrijaama, Auvere Elektrijaama or Eesti The biocomplex of the power plant, where the amount of fuel is weighed and a representative sample of the fuel is taken from each shipment to determine the quality and energy of the fuel. The lowest comparable price (unit price) is selected from among the price offers submitted in the competition on the basis of the successful tender(s) and a sales contract(s) is concluded with the tenderer(s).
