Description:
Short description of the procurement: The object of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector listed in §§ 146-147 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The competition shall be conducted in accordance with §§ 1009-1013 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and the relevant legislation and guidance and other competition documents prepared by the organizer of the competition (also mentioned in the source documents). The object of this chores is the purchase of seals of the Enefit 280-2 oil factory condensation department, along with the supply of products, in accordance with the source documents of all the competition. The competition is divided into parts according to the products (positions) provided in Form 2. Each position forms a separate part. For each position in Form 2, the tenders are assessed and compared separately, and the best bid is recognized as successful according to the evaluation criterion. The tenders are evaluated outside the public procurement register. The organizer of the competition concludes contracts with one or more providers, depending on the tenderer's bid for a particular position.
