• Purchase of groceries according to the technical description based on the framework agreement. Framework agreement with up to 3 bidders, among whom mini-competitions are organized. The maximum cost of the framework contract is 415,000 euros. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See tenders of the basic documents Dry ingredients The object of the public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for 36 months and, based on it, the supply of grocery goods according to the emerging need, under the conditions stated in the basic documents of the public procurement and reflected in the framework agreement, together with transport to the procurer locations and transfer to the supplier. The technical description of the public procurement item is presented in Appendix 1 of the basic public procurement documents.
