• The object of the public procurement is, according to the buyer's needs, the purchase of construction store goods (hereinafter the goods) from the store of the successful bidder located in the area corresponding to the part of the public procurement, by e-mail and, if possible, from the e-shop, together with the delivery of the purchased goods to the public procurement under the conditions and procedure stipulated in the basic documents. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Kuressaare + 5 km Buying hardware store goods from a store located in Kuressaare or within a radius of 5 km from the city limits, by e-mail and if possible from the e-shop.
