- Brief description of the tender: Implementation of external electricity grid design works in the Kanepi - Põlva region. The scope of the procurement includes the preparation of construction projects for the 0.4-20 kV electric network, the simpler works of the 35 kV electric network (dismantling the network, connecting overhead lines to the mast, reconstruction of shorter underground cable line sections, etc.) preparation of construction projects. The framework agreement enters into force upon signing and is valid until 30.04.2029. The procurer has the right to start placing orders on the basis of the contract on the calendar day following the signing of the contract. Orders placed during the validity period of the contract are subject to fulfillment under the conditions stipulated in the contract and orders. If possible and necessary, the procurement contract may be concluded before the expected start date of the validity of the contract published in the general data on the procurement. Procurement procedure if the course is extended beyond this time, the contract may be concluded even after the expected start time of the validity of the contract published in the general data. This does not change the deadline for the execution of the works.
