Description:
Brief description of the tender: The Education Department of the Pärnu City Government organizes the tender procedure of the state tender "Pärnu School Catering Services" as a joint tender, the object of which is to provide services for Pärnu Tammsaare School, Pärnu Kuninga Tänava Primary School, Pärnu Proper catering for the students and staff of the General High School, Pärnu Raeküla School, Pärnu Rääma Primary School and Paikuse School, providing students with wholesome, balanced, versatile, tasty and appropriate for their age and, if necessary, special needs (allergies) considerate food at a reasonable price. The tenderer is obliged to familiarize himself with the place of execution of the procurement contract, and the tenderer's representative is obliged to sign the relevant act on the spot (RHS § 111 sub. 6 p. 1).
