• Description:
• Brief description of the procurement: The object of the procurement contract is the rental of computers that meet the conditions specified in the technical specification for 53 (fifty-three) months with transportation and warranty service. The procurement contract will be concluded with one successful bidder.
  The procurer has the right to reject offers in accordance with § 116 of the RHS to the settings.
  A justified need can be, in particular, but not only:
  - if there is a need to significantly change the subject of the procurement contract;
  - if the conditions underlying the execution of public procurement have changed significantly and therefore the conclusion of the procurement contract turns out to be unnecessary or impossible;
  - if it is not possible to eliminate the inconsistencies that have appeared in the procurement procedure and therefore to legally complete the procurement procedure.
  - if only one offer is recognized as appropriate, the procuring entity has the right to declare the procurement procedure invalid due to lack of competition.
