A brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board prepares a study on the impact of postpartum home visits at the request of the Ministry of Social Affairs to assess whether and what advantages are on home visits compared to normal services and activities. The Social Insurance Board orders for this purposeInput for the two purpose of the preliminary study (including the first activity is the second input): (1) to study the expectations, needs, experience and attitudes of families (including women) and health professionals regarding postpartum support (including home visits) and postpartum support provided by health professionalsPractices in Estonia and (2) to develop a postpartum home visit to the Estonian context.
