Description:
Brief description of the procurement: carrying out a construction expertise (audit) of the technical condition of the buildings of the 3rd and 4th wagon frame for the development of measures to eliminate groundwater filtration. For the purpose of getting to know the scope of work and related to the preparation and submission of the offer in order to resolve the issues, the Bidders have the right to participate in the familiarization visit, which will take place on 27.05.2026. Participants will gather at 10:00 a.m. at the Estonian power plant (central entrance building), address: Auvere village, Narva-Jõesuu city, 40107 Ida-Virumaa. Contact person: Hryhorii Postovoi, mobile +372 53504314, e-mail: Hryhorii.Postovoi@enefit.com To participate in the familiarization visit, bidders must register at the e-mail address of the contact person no later than 26.05.2026, at 16:00. Before the start of the familiarization visit the provider must issue a guest pass at the central entrance of Eesti Elektrijaama based on an identity document.⁠ The use of personal protective equipment: helmet, safety glasses, headphones is mandatory during the familiarization visit.
