Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The Estonian Research Council will draw up a training program under the funding measure Rita+, which aims to increase the competence and awareness of public sector employees about R&D and its implementation in policy making. The target group of training is the public sector employees who are interested in or are exposed to the field of research and development and innovation and science-based policy making. The training program consists of four modules in each module. This procurement is ordered by the training program module II. The tenderer has the opportunity to submit an offer for one or more training. Each training will be conducted four times from 2025 to 2026.
