Brief description of the tender: The tender has been announced: connection of the property at Mustakivi tee 17, Lasnamäe district, Tallinn city, Harju county, to the electricity grid (LC3121) and replacement of Nõmme tee 32B substation no. 471, Kristiine district (IP7470). Build accordingly to additional conditions and the project: the builder must take into account that the old AJ building must be demolished. The deadline for the works is 15.04.2026. a. NB! When planning construction works, school holidays must be taken into account (times under attached documents)! AJ, transformers (in stock) and meters ELV orders and the meters are procured by Elektrilevi OÜ, the provider of the rest of the material. The transport of substations, transformers and meters and the associated costs from the supplier's delivery partner to the site are part of the scope of the tenderer's work.
