The contracting authority informs that the field of electronic communications access network is not included in the network sector procurement, which means that the beneficiary is not a contracting authority within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act. In this procurement, the contracting authority is obliged to comply with the requirements of § 3 of the RHS and the requirements set out in the decision to approve the application.
