Description:
A brief description of the procurement: construction of the main network in accordance with the work project and the instructions issued by the contracting authority and the construction of the end points, customer and sub-client lines in accordance with the connection agreements.
To this end, the contracting authority shall initiate a tripartite contract.
-The MASTEMAGEMENT The deadline is 31.10.2025. Client lines deadline 2 months after the construction of the construction order.
The contracting authority informs that the field of electronic communications access network is not included in the network sector procurement, which means that the beneficiary is not a contracting authority within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act. In this procurement The contracting authority is obliged to comply with the requirements set out in § 3 of the RHS and the decision to approve the application.
