Description:
A brief description of the procurement: construction of the main network in accordance with the work project and the instructions issued by the contracting authority and the construction of the end points, customer and sub-client lines in accordance with the connection agreements.
To this end, the contracting authority shall initiate a tripartite contract.
-The MASTEMAGEMENT Deadline 31.10.2025 after the creation of a construction order. Client lines deadline 2 months after the construction of the construction order.
The contracting authority notifies that the field of electronic communications access network is not included in the network sector procurement, resulting in no support for the recipient of the grant within the meaning the contracting authority. In this procurement, the contracting authority is obliged to comply with the requirements of § 3 of the RHS and the requirements set out in the decision to approve the application.
