Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a service and office building on the property of Peterburi tee 73 (cadastre code: 78403:314:0138), Peterburi tee 73a (cadastre code: 78403:314:0137) and Plasti 12 (cadastre code: 78403:314:0125) as a general contract, the building permit is being issued. The scope of work includes construction works preparation of work projects for implementation.
The object of the public procurement is the administrative building (EHR code 101023036) at 73/1 Peterburi road (cadastre code 78403:314:0138) demolition together with the entrance to the workshop building and arrangement of the property in accordance with the demolition project for buildings 73 and 73a on Peterburi road. Named work must be carried out after the construction of the new service and office building at 73a Peterburi road. Building permit No. 2512271/0061 has been issued on 06.01.2025 for the demolition of the building. The demolition of the gate building (POS 2) and the car maintenance center (POS 3) is not included in the scope of this procurement.
