• Brief description of the procurement: Find a builder who, based on the energy audit prepared by P.T.Energiaaudit OÜ, the architectural preliminary project for improving the energy efficiency of the kindergarten, the preliminary project of building structures, the fire safety solution, the high current installation of the preliminary project and the preliminary project of heating, ventilation and cooling and performs construction work to make the kindergarten more energy efficient and to bring the energy efficiency of the building to ≤155 kWh/(m²a). Update the color scheme of the facade, build group rooms in the courtyards canopies for the playgrounds and 6 new ventilation rooms. The list of works from the preliminary projects is in points 3 and 4 of the initial task. In the energy audit, the determination of the special use of energy and the calculation of the energy efficiency ratio were based on Regulation no. 63 „Building minimum energy efficiency requirements" and provisions of No. 58 "Methodology for calculating building energy efficiency". Estimated ETA resulting from the energy audit = 146 kWh/(m2a) C class. Energy label based on energy calculation based on preliminary project ETA =144 kWh/(m2a) C-class.
