- Hanke lühikirjeldus : The subject of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector listed in § 146-147 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The competition procedure is carried out in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013 and relevant legislation and instructions and other basic documents prepared by the Contracting Authority. The object of this tender exercise is the EoL Tires Feeding System for Enefit 280-1 Plant which the Contracting Authority intends to have constructed, following the successful outcome of the tender exercise. Provided that the tender exercise results are positive, the Contracting Authority intends to engage a competent and experienced Tenderer to carry out the EPC works of the EoL Tires Feeding System for Enefit 280-1 Plant. Site visit information is indicated in the Part A - Instructions for Tenderers Section 7.4.
