• Description:
• Brief description of the tender: The purpose of this tender is to find a partner who will develop an in-service training program, including a methodological solution on the structure of the training, and instructional materials for the employees of the Social Insurance Board for independent use in the future. The procurement includes finding trainers, preparing the training, including supplementing the initial curriculum in cooperation with the Customer, and conducting the training in cooperation with the selected trainers, as well as developing instructional materials. The need arises from the Swiss-Estonian cooperation program "Modernization of level education and qualification of specialists in the social field and development of the training and support system" from the goal of developing the competencies of specialists engaged in training and development activities in the social field and the Social Insurance Board (hereinafter SKA) of the goal of developing the skills and knowledge of its own people, which make it possible to use digital systems effectively and support customers in the use of digital services, including SKA in creating and managing e-courses.
