• The purpose of the procurement is to create a new central information technology solution to support the state budget process (planning, implementation, monitoring and analytics) of the Republic of Estonia, the implementation and management of this solution (as a SaaS service). Detailed description of works and work the conditions of implementation are included in the basic procurement documents. The procurement information day will take place on 16.12.2025, at 15:00-17:00 in the Teams environment. The link to join the meeting will be added to the public procurement register no later than 3 days before the start of the meeting. The information day is in Estonian or English language, depending on the needs of the participants of the information session. To get a better overview, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the content of the work and other basic procurement documents before the information day.
