Description:
Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the public tender is to ensure the high-quality, safe and energy-efficient functioning of the family-like foster care service by reconstructing the family houses (2 buildings) of Elva Perekeskus Kase tn 27 to be technically up-to-date, environmentally friendly and into crisis-proof buildings. As a result of the project, the children's living environment is improved, service continuity is ensured, and the buildings meet Estonian and EU climate goals. As a result of construction works: 1. 2 new high efficiency air source heat pumps are installed. 2. A part is produced of energy with solar panels and a battery system. 3. Autonomous power supply is provided by means of two generators. 4. At least energy efficiency class C is achieved.
