Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to design and build a suitable, functional, energy -efficient, low administrative cost and long -lived residential building and facilities for the provision of special care services. According to the basic data of the procurement, the contract includes in addition to construction and Applying and obtaining design and use permits for design work.
Public procurement is not divided as the contracting authority aims to obtain a general contract for design and construction, where the contractor's obligation is to carry Organization of the work. In the case of several works carried out by several different contractors, it would be difficult to determine the subsequent guarantee of the construction warranty. The division of the procurement would require the contracting authority to be a general contract, which would be technically complex, difficult to feasible and costly.
