Description:
Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the contract is to carry out design and construction work for the near-zero energy sports and service building (including the swimming pool) of Poltsamaa municipality according to the technical description and prepared preliminary project, on time and at optimal costs.
The public procurement is carried out in two stages, of which:
I stage is submission of applications and qualification of Applicants and
Pursuant to Section 81(1) of the RHS, the procuring entity may change the tender notice or other basic public procurement documents in a competitive tender procedure with negotiations BEFORE Deadline for SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS. Requests to change the basic procurement documents can be made in stage I. In stage II, the procurer may no longer change the basic documents, and in this case the procurement should be started from the beginning.
The technical details can be refined during the negotiations, where everyone is invited to respond in the first stage recognized providers.
