Brief description of the tender: The purpose of this tender is to adapt the building located at Karja tn 6c in Narva to a shelter for adults on time and at optimal costs, for which the necessary design and construction work must be carried out in accordance with laws and regulations and to the requirements and procurement documents arising from the norms. The aim is to use the existing situation as much as possible and to carry out only the necessary reconstruction, repair and finishing works at optimal costs, while functionality must be guaranteed, energy efficiency, durability and longevity. Unreasonable reconstructions must be avoided.
