Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the recipient's purchase is to build a glue factory production building on Kohtla-Järve by November 2026, together with the household complex. This is the purchase of the beneficiary, which is subject to the general principles of public procurement and Regulation No. 55 of the Government of the Republic of 12.05.2022. This is a new repeated procedure, a former procedure with a reference number of 291946 failed. Participants who have already been issued a preliminary project have not to be done again. All changes compared to the failed procedure are: - "Price Insert - Modified 28.07.2025" - Changes to Orange; - "Clarification of the initial task of the design of the customer 280725" - changes in the yellow; - contract project: visible "Track Changes" function; - the guarantee of the tender is no longer asked; . - Deadlines: Instead of earlier 80 weeks, the maximum delivery deadline is 72 weeks.
