Description:
Execution of design works and construction works of electric ship shore loading systems in the ports of Virtsu and Kuivastu in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of public procurement.
Duration of the procurement contract: the execution period (period of work execution) is from the entry into force of the procurement contract until 31.10.2028 and the warranty period (warranty period), including the period of performing maintenance work during the warranty is 730 calendar days.
The expected start date of the procurement contract stated in the general data of the procurement is the last date of validity of the tenders.
The expected end date of the procurement contract stated in the general procurement data has been taken into account following: execution time until 31.10.2028, guarantee period of 730 calendar days and 60 calendar days for submitting the last invoice and making payment by the Customer.
