• Execution of design works and construction works of electric ship shore loading systems in the ports of Virtsu and Kuivastu in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of public procurement. Duration of the contract: the execution period (period of work execution) is from the contract from the date of entry into force until 31.10.2028 and the warranty period (warranty period), including the period of maintenance during the warranty period, is 730 calendar days. The expected start date of the procurement contract stated in the general data of the procurement is the last date of validity of the tenders. Procurement when determining the expected end date of the procurement contract stated in the general data, the following has been taken into account: completion time until 31.10.2028, a guarantee period of 730 calendar days and 60 calendar days for the submission of the last invoice and payment by the Customer.
