• Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is to carry out an expertise on the main project for the reconstruction of the Sillamäe Music School and the Sillamäe Interest and Youth Center Ulei building, which allows to assess whether the building can be properly reconstructed on the basis of the given project and build out all the building's communications up to the connection point indicated in the network owner's technical conditions and give an assessment of whether the main project has been prepared with such a quality and in such a volume that the future main construction contractor will not have the justified need to replace or change project solutions so that the end result meets the purpose of the procurer (i.e. the future main contractor must not have the right to request additional funds, referring to a defective project) and to assess whether the preparation of the Basic Project maximum possible measures have been implemented to reduce the cost of construction works, and the possibilities of the project budget have been taken into account when developing project solutions
