Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board (SKA) is looking for a partner to develop a risk model for the preparation of the administrative supervision of local governments (LG) and child protection work. The risk model to be prepared allows local governments, which have the risk of the legality of the administrative acts, the quality of child protection work and the organization of child protection work do not comply with the provisions of the legislation. On the basis of the risk model to be developed, a supervision work plan for target group (if possible each year) is drawn up, which allows the expedient use of the existing supervision resource
