Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board procures additional training for child protection workers, which gives them in-depth knowledge and skills of a solution-oriented approach and methodology - basic principles, types of questions that lead to finding solutions, giving constructive feedback, constructive communication with difficult customers. The tender includes the development of a complete in-service training (curriculum and training program, including training content, teaching methodology, study evaluation criteria and teaching materials) and carrying out additional trainings corresponding to the basic documents of the procurement. The expected period of training is May 2026 - December 2027.
