Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The maintenance and development works of the central information systems (E-Taitur, TAPAIS2 and Auction Center) managed by the Bailiffs' and Bankruptcy Administrators' Chamber (KPK) will be procured in conjunction with the procurement contract executed on the basis of the framework agreement. Each information system has a separate technical description and requirements. The period of the framework agreement is 4 years. In case of successful execution of the procurement contract, the procurer has the right to extend the procurement contract concluded on the basis of the framework contract for up to 4 years.
E-Taitur and TAPAIS2 is a central information system managed by KPK, which is used by bailiffs operating in Estonia to carry out enforcement procedures.
Auction center is the central information system of KPK, through which bailiffs and bankruptcy trustees organize property electronic auctions and make X-tee inquiries of debtors and their property data to obtain.
