- Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a procurement contract with one of the successful bidders, who will carry out detailed analysis and development work for the integration of the order sharing functionality of the state legal aid information system (RIS) into the Public To the e-file (AET). The detailed analysis must be based on the preliminary analysis in Appendix 1 of the technical specification. The purpose of the detailed analysis is to specify the solution on the basis of which the RIS order sharing functionality will be transferred to AET and ensure its compatibility with the existing AET with architecture and work processes. In the course of the work, the continued functioning of other functionalities of RIS must also be analyzed and described in a situation where the functionality of dividing orders is transferred to the AET information system. The results of the detailed analysis are the basis of this to the development work carried out within the framework of the procurement contract. The work includes, among other things, development, testing and activities necessary to support the deployment of the solution.
