Description:
Short description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of food and kitchenware for the period 01.03.2025-29.02.2028. The procurement is divided into seven parts. The tender may be submitted to one or more parts. The framework contract shall be concluded for up to three corresponding tender and with a qualified tenderer for the period 01.03.2025-29.02.2028. In the event that the conclusion of the framework agreement is delayed (eg due to a dispute), the execution of the framework agreement shall begin at the time agreed between the parties. The contracting authority shall organize mini -competitions between the framework partners under the framework agreement. The mini -competition shall be notified of the period of each specific contract. Similarly, the entire framework agreement is operational. The mini -competition shall not be carried out under the first framework agreement. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 01.03.2025-28.02.2026 with the most favorable tender.
