Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of one-off accessories used in the field of ear, nasal and throat diseases.
The tender may be submitted to one or more parts.
Framework contracts are concluded according to Under the terms of Annex 2, two (2) years from the conclusion of the contract or until the instructions to the tenderer have the maximum volume of the procurement specified in paragraph 2.5, whichever comes before. In the event that several parts are declared the same provider, one framework contract is concluded with him or her cover all the corresponding parts of the procurement.
The contracting authority orders the products in accordance with the actual need for the provision of healthcare. The contracting authority has the right to 30% of the cost of the corresponding tender to the extent, which is also the maximum cost of the contract.
