Description:
Short description of the procurement: According to a residual pollution survey conducted in May 2025 in May and June, the soil is heavily polluted on the Pikki 9 property and pollution exceeds both life and industrial land. The pollution spreads primarily in the soil, humus layers and the sandy sandwiches, and its maximum thickness reaches up to 5.3 meters. The geometric volume of the pollution site was modeled by approximately 6,450 m³ or about 10,320 tons, some of which extend beyond the boundaries of the plot. The study used an accurate 3D model that was designed with AutoCAD CIVI 3D software based on geodetic basic data. The analysis revealed that in several points the content of petroleum products and PAH compounds exceeded significantly permitted limits. Given the extent of pollution, the hydrogeological conditions and the environmental safety, the study concluded that the only technically and temporal solution is the exterior cleaning-ie the excavation, transport and handling of polluted soil.
