- Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement is the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of an ozone and nitrogen water industrial system based on nanobubble technology at the fish processing plant of DGM Shipping AS. The solution must be integrable into the company's existing water supply system and meet the hygiene, safety and environmental requirements of the food industry. The aim of the system is to reduce the microbiological load (including Listeria monocytogenes), limit the use of chemical cleaning agents and improve the environmental sustainability of production processes. The solution must enable continuous operation, automatic process control and monitoring, and data transfer to the company's existing management system. The contractor is responsible for the solution for complete engineering, commissioning and setup and must ensure system reliability, safety and long-term maintainability.
