- The subject of the public procurement is the organization of the Estonian language A2 and B1 level course adaptation program for the recipients of temporary protection from Ukrainian war refugees according to the technical description of the public procurement given in Annex 1 of the AD.during the period April 2024‒10. March 2025 (inclusive).
NB! During the period of execution of the procurement contract, the tenderer must have a valid, relevant business license issued by the economic administration authority (Ministry of Education and Science), which gives the right to conduct Estonian language training at the A2-level and B1-level of the Estonian language.
Tallinnn and online courses across Estonia
The provider organizes Estonian A2 and B1 level courses of the adaptation program aimed at recipients of temporary protection from Ukrainian war refugees as contact learning either in a classroom (Tallinn) or in an online learning environment (across Estonia) in the period April 2024-01. March 2025 (inclusive) in totalfor at least 1,160 members of the target group as follows:
- Estonian language A2-level courses in the volume of 150 supervised academic hours for 860 members of the target group;
- Estonian language B1-level courses in the volume of 250 supervised academic hours for 300 members of the target group.
Estonian majors cities (such as Tartu, Narva, etc) and online courses across Estonia
