- Short description of the procurement: The object of public procurement is the organization of courses in the Estonian language A1, A2 and B1-level courses for the recipients of international protection in accordance with the technical specifications of the public procurement set out in Annex 1 in AD. The activities of the contract for a public procurement shall be carried out during the period from the time of the contract to the contract until November 2027 (incl.). Course teaching must be held from November 2025 to November 2027 (incl.). NB! During the completion of the contract, the tenderer must have a valid, relevant economic administration authority (Ministry of Education and Research), which entitles the Estonian language training at the A2-level and B1 level.
