- The subject of the public procurement is the organization of Estonian language practice in language cafes across Estonia.
To achieve the goal of the public procurement, up to 3 (three) procurement contracts will be concluded.
Language cafes in Tallinn
The tenderer will organize Estonian language cafes in Tallinn in the period from August 26, 2024 to December 15, 2024 in the amount of:
• Talcity of Mustamaee - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours;
• Tallinn Lasnamaee - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours;
• Tallinn Kesklinn - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours.

Language cafes Iin da-Viru county and Aseri township
The provider organizes Estonian language cafes in Ida-Viru county and Aseri township in the period from August 26, 2024 to December 15, 2024 in the following scope:
• Narva - once a week for a total of 15 times, i.e. 30 academic hours;
• Sillamaee - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 yearsacademic hours;
• Kohtla-Jaerve - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours;
• Narva-Joesuu - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours;
• Aseri - once a week for a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours hours.

Language cafes in otherin counties (except Tallinn, Aseri township and Ida-Viru county)
The provider organizes two Estonian language cafes once a week in two different Estonian counties and cities (except Tallinn, Aseri township and Ida-Viru county). One language cafe is held a total of 15 times, or 30 academic hours.
