The aim of the public procurement is to find partners who organize language cafes to practice the Estonian language between 22 September and 30 November 2025. Cafe In Lasnamae or Mustamae, Tallinn
Language Cafe must be on September 22 to November 30, 2025 continuously open once a week at a time 3 academic lesson (1 meeting = 3 academic hours). One language cafe takes place 10 times or 30 academic hours.
